Project Cooperation Agreement:
"Minutes of the 28th Regular Meeting of the Science and Technology Cooperation Sub-Committee of the Regular Meeting Committee of the Prime Ministers of China and Russia"
Fields and Directions:
1.Advanced Materials and Fine Chemicals: Focus on the research and development of new materials with high performance and special functions, as well as the innovation of fine chemical synthesis and processing technologies, aiming to improve the quality and performance of materials and chemicals in various industries.
2.Medicine and Biotechnology: Concentrate on medical research, including new drug development, diagnostic techniques, and biotechnological applications in medicine, such as gene therapy and regenerative medicine, to enhance the level of medical treatment and prevention.
3.Rational Utilization of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection: Explore sustainable ways to utilize natural resources, such as energy-efficient resource extraction and utilization technologies, and conduct research on environmental protection technologies, including pollution control and ecological restoration, to promote environmental sustainability.
4.Information and Communication Technology: Research and develop advanced information and communication technologies, such as next-generation communication networks, high-performance computing, and data storage and processing technologies, to drive the digital transformation of industries and society.
5.Artificial Intelligence Technology and Applications: Focus on the research and development of artificial intelligence algorithms, models, and applications in various fields, such as intelligent manufacturing, smart cities, and healthcare, to improve production efficiency and quality of life.
6.New Transportation Systems: Explore innovative transportation technologies, including new energy vehicles, intelligent transportation systems, and high-speed rail technologies, to improve transportation efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
7.Low-Carbon Technologies: Research and develop low-carbon energy generation, energy storage, and energy utilization technologies, such as carbon capture and storage (CCS), renewable energy integration, and energy-efficient technologies, to contribute to global carbon neutrality goals.
8.Modern Agricultural Technologies and Food Science: Concentrate on improving agricultural productivity and food quality through advanced agricultural technologies, such as precision agriculture, agricultural biotechnology, and food processing and preservation technologies.
9.Polar and Marine Research: Conduct research on polar and marine ecosystems, climate change in polar and marine regions, and the sustainable use of marine resources, to enhance understanding and protection of polar and marine environments.
10.Aerospace: Focus on aerospace technologies, including spacecraft design and manufacturing, satellite applications, and aerospace propulsion technologies, to promote the development of the aerospace industry.
11.Energy Storage Systems: Research and develop advanced energy storage technologies, such as batteries, supercapacitors, and energy storage materials, to improve the stability and reliability of energy supply.
Number of Projects to be Supported: 15 projects.
Total Funding to be Supported: 45 million yuan.
Other Requirements:
1.The cooperation projects must be jointly applied by both parties. The application by a single party is invalid.
2.The implementation period of the projects is 3 years.
